I bought my 96 gle for $5100 with 133k mi. I went through it with a fine toth comb though brought it to my shop put it up on a lift pulled the wheels everything the only thing i found was 2 torn cv boots wich i replaced the axles my self for $100.I think i got a pretty good deal

 

I rode a Greyhound bus 6 hours to Mississippi to pickup my max. What a great trip back on the backroads!! It's a 5 speed. Only gripe was a bad O2 sensor that the dealer paid me to fix. Max's are BAD!!

 

where did u guys find your 99 maximas for 6000 or 6600? Cause I'm in Chicago and desperatly looking for a 97-99 SE 5spd for that range and continulusly come up empty handed
