Codes 0303 and 0308

I'm assuming my O2 sensor is bad because it also threw a Closed Loop Circuit code or something like that. How long do these sensors usually last? Easy to replace and purchase?

i have the same problem...they seem like they should be easy to replace...and at autozone there 77.48 each...
