coil connector issue

I am having trouble getting the rear coil connector off. I know you're suppose to just pinch the tab and the head is suppose to slide right off. Mine is being difficult, I press the tab and pull but nothing budges.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

On my 99, there are 2-piece connectors. One part is a gray housing,, and the second is a green "tab". To get thes off, use a screwdriver to push the green tab toward the open end of the connector. For the rear coils, this will be pushing from the front to the back. Once you have pushed the green clip far enough, the green part will lock into place and the plug will spring off the coil. One you replace the coil, shove it back on and the green clip will snap back into the locked position. I recently replace one of my connectors with one from a 97, and it and the 1-piece connector that you must pinch in order to get it off.
Good Luck!
