washer nozzles universal?

I would like to get some stock washer nozzles for my 98 maxima and was wondering if I had to use ones from a 4th gen maxima or can nozzles from any nissan work?

I know that almost all aftermarket ones will fit in any car.

yeah, i'm confused as to why you want new ones. If they're not working, clean them out. With the exceptio of the original nozzles getting ripped out, i see no reason to replace them. IF you absoloutely need new ones, either bite the bullet and buy them from the dealer, or goto a junkyard. Or get aftermarket.

ummmm, maybe that's cause you live in Miami where it

1) Does not rain too often (...and if it does, it's like a 5-minute shower)

2) It does not snow

3) It's not as "dusty"

I've been to Miami many times, so I would know. I can see how you don't really need washer nozzles there.

Try living in Chicago or NY, even for a day, and we'll see how well you do without nozzles.

Well, when I bought the car (used) it had those led nozzles, and I when I recently went down to virginia beach for spring break some loser stole one. I had clipped the wires for the nozzles because I didnt like them in the first place, so I'm guessing that's why he only took one.

I tried the junkyard, but the guy working there told me that I had to get them from a maxima and I just wanted to make sure.

Try altima nozzles. Buy aftermarket nozzles and paint them black and dont wire them up. Just dont get those crappy skull or dragon shaped nozzles. My sisters altima nozzles are about the same size as my max ones. Try those.

Here in cali we get nasty oil spray on our windshield driving in california highway traffic. Oh yeah, and lots of birds live here too...
