I have a manual trans and am looking for a intake. I have the W\S y-pipe (not installed as of yet), mostly because I wanted a intake to go with it. I have been on the phone today with a couple different Companies about intakes. W\S said they do not make CAI's or Hybrids anymore and the ones off ebay were as good as any. The other company was cattman who told me that the popchargers were as good as Cai's or Hybrids. So, which is the best for a manual SE with a W\S Y-pipe,(CAI, POP,or Hybrid) and are the ones on ebay as good as anything else?

 

In my opinion the filter makes the intake. All intakes are are tubing and a filter, so get youself a k&n filter and a midpipe from ebay and your set.

 

I really like my Stillen Pop-charger. Makes a really deep grumbling sound with throttle open anything past normal crusing speeds, now wether or not it makes any gains, im not too sure. Ive never dynoed it, and my KS is bad as of know. Hmm. Look for them used, you might just find a good deal.
