Throttle position sensor??

Today I decided to check my ecu for any problems, and it threw out a 0403. I checked out the code and its says its a throttle position sensor. What is it, and can I change it myself?

I have been having some trouble with mine. It only reads to 94% when I have the TB all the way open. Anybody?

I can't search, but I think I read in one of the earlier posts that mid to high 90s is fine. I think someone's was reading like 97% and people said it was fine.

Anymore information on what values are good for TPS? Anyone with an OBD-II reader? I guess the common believe is that 90's is okay. Is this correct.
