Has anyone tryied the speed limiter remover??

i found a post on vqpower.com that says open the computer located on the passenger floor and cut the pink wire whit blue stripe on it and now you can do 140! has anyone done this (sorry if any info is wrong)

Well, it does seem a little easy to bypass Nissan's limiter ya know??? Luckily I don't have that problem SE!!!

i cant get the plastic cover off. any tips? i dont wanna break the cover cuz then it might not screw in all the way and not make contact then my car wont ever start again. help?
