Does anybody know the spring rate of the H&R springs for are car? Thought maybe their website would have it, but no luck.

H&Rs are progressive, so you'll get a spring rate range. Companies like Eibach and H&R usually keep their designs proprietary, so generally they won't be able to tell you.
