Why doesn't my radio,power winodw and locks work?

Why doesn't my radio,power winodw and locks work?
All my fuses and fuse-links are fine, any idea of what it could be?

that happened to me this weekend, when part of my fusable link blew. The car, and headlights worked, but no radio, no power, no anything. I replaced the fusable link, but now my audio fuse keeps blowing, so i have no radio.
