A friend of mine has a 1996 Maxima GLE with the 3.0 V-6. He was recently in an accident, but car is now "fixed". Now since the accident the car is taking more than one attempt to start upon "cold start" (i.e. Stick key in ignition, turn, can hear it attempting to fire, but not) Upon the 3rd or 4th attempt at this, it will finally ignite.

Anyone know what he should have checked/what the culprit may be ?
