OEM versus Universal O2 Sensor

I need to replace the front right O2 sensor in my 95 Maxima SE (I'll probably replace both front O2 sensors while I'm at it). I'm in the process of shopping the internet for the best price/brand, and was wondering just how difficult it is to install the Universal O2 sensor instead of the OEM version.

Is there anything involved with the Universal install that would make me curse the day I attempted it?

Thanks for any help!

Universal isn't that hard. You have to splice the sensor in and the instructions are pretty clear. Then, you have to use heatshrink tubing to seal it up. Pretty easy.
