Oil changing help

hi
i have 90,000k on my 98 max and i do mostly street driving, what kind of oil should i use?
I live in oklahoma and the temperature goes up to 90F in summer and in winter it goes about 22F.

I always use full synthetic. Cost a bit more but far above all the other oils! I live in TN, summers get to 95F and winter to low 20's.

Yahp.. Read the stickies and go to the Section that says "Lubricants"

I use Castro Synthetic.
