my car sounds like nasty old civic with cheap exhaust. it started making that loud muffler noise about two days ago and i dunno what is wrong with it. i have a engine coolant temp sensor and knock sensor problem and im not sure if this is causing the noise or if its something else. can anyone help me out? thanks~

Well most likely you have an exhuast leak somewhere maybe crack in your flex pipe or in a weld in your cat-back(Had a weld give out and made awful noise). If you do stuff yourself jack up the car and take a look and see what is up and see if you can see the problem. (SAFETY maybe have someone start the car and see if you can find where the leak is but please be sure it is on jack stands and wheels are chocked).

Also please get those sensors fixed for your own sake cuz you are wasting gas and the car is probably not runnign right anyways.
