Greddy SP vs SP2

I heard the Greddy SP Sunday at a meet and I really liked it. I know the SP2 is out and I since I can't search I can't find out what they changed. Is the piping any bigger? I know it's all stainless now. And doesn anyone have any pics of the SP2 installed on their car? I saw the tip from the side and I think it looks kind of ugly. I'm trying to decide if I should wait or order the sp1

I have the SP2 and so far I like it. I'm not sure the exact specs of the SP, but the SP2 is full stainless 2.5". The muffler is a 4.5" tip, a little bigger than I had wanted, with Greddy etched in the side of the tip. It looks decent, I'll try to get some pics soon but it's been raining all day here. I don't know if there is a real difference in the sound, but my SP2 is deep, much lower than rice, and not that loud. Hope this helps.

Don't get your hopes up on Greddy yet.....the SP2 is not available for 97-99 at the moment, but you know that. I can tell you though that the SP's B pipe rusts like heck in Maine weather, but the muffler (which is SS) is shiney and pretty. I also think the SP2 is ugly but full stainless overcomes looks anyday. I'd wait.

I called custommaxima today and asked them when they will have the SP2 available, they said they will have them in stock in about 2 weeks for us 97-99 guys. I also called southwestautoworks today and asked them the same thing and they told me mid July. So I dont know your guess is as good as mine.

http://www.geocities.com/ksze4/maxima.html there are some sound clips and pics of my greddy SP....I love it.....it is real deep and smooth it doesn't sound loud from the inside but from the outside it has that note that only greddy can produce. The exhaust sound goes away above 3k rpms which is nice and all u hear is your intake. I'm content with the SP but i am curious to see what the SP2 looks like too
