i was wondering whats the best way to tune a 95 engine's reponse time? will it cost alot to do it right? and can it done by me or should i get a pro to do it?

 

I'm not really sure what you're talking about, but I don't think you can really "tune" the engine in cars with a computer. You'd have to send the ECU to JWT, technosquare or Jet (Haven't heard good things about them though) to get reprogramed (sp?) to advance the timing.
