Internal Antenna

There are enough of you out there who have had your power antenna's stop working, and I was wondering if anyone was ambitious enough to say the hell with it and try to mount one somewhere inside the car (like in the trunk or in the dash etc etc? I think that my car would look SO much better without the antenna anyway so it would be awesome if i could buy an antenna to mount somehwere and then have someone fix the hole... (also no clue how to get this done, hoping someone has an idea

thanks for the help

You already have one built into your rear window. That's why Max's have the ***ked up dual- prong diversity antenna connecter.

antenna

i know there is one in the back window but its HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! it doesnt work well at all without the other one.

so i guess no one has heard of a real antenna that can be mounted inside the body of the car?

Putting an antenna inside the car probably wouldn’t work very well because of all the metal that would be surrounding it, but, if you could get it near one of the windows it might work all right. If you want to try it out I would go to a car stereo shop and see if they have any old antennas they could give you for cheap or free. Then plug it into the back of your radio and move it around to different places inside your car and see how it works.

I think they make an antenna that can be adheared to the inside of your window. Im not sure but I think TRC makes it.
