Undercar Neon Kit

I'm trying to install my neon kit but I dont know where to mount the tubes on the sides of the car. For those who put one on there max's, where did you mount it, I could use the information badly. Thanks

ive heard that theres now where to mount them without seeing the actual tube, which makes it illegal.

is this tru, i h8 to see neons installed and then the tube is completely visible. is it illegal to have the tubes visible. i thought neon was illegal in general, although ive never eard of someone being pulled over in florida?
