Drop Resistor Mod

I've seen opposing opinions regarding the need for an additional transmission cooler with the DR mod. Is it necessary or not?

If my understanding is correct, the DR mod if done the way Jime on the nitrous threads does it... you shouldn't need the cooler because it only runs at WOT. So, unless you are WOT all the time... you probably don't need it.

I wouldn't do any daily driving with it pulled, but if you're racing, and it's only at WOT, you're fine. If you plan on doing it alot though, it's definately a good idea to get a tranny cooler.
