just out of curiosity, would someone explain to me why both wheels spin, say if I dump the clutch off the line? I thought without LSD only one should.

 

if your car is pointed strait there is still a chance of getting both to spin just they usually grip fairly fast in that situation

 

thats crazy, i heard both of mine chirping yesterday under some spirited driving, i thought what tha ?

 

My GXE left two equal length black marks all the way through 1st gear, and about another 8 ft in second gear. I got excited and checked the plate in the engine bay, but no such luck. I don't have the LSD. I also didn't know what to think.

 

my buddies non lsd civic peels both wheels on dry pavement but, in the water one wheel will just stop spinning while the other one continues, most of the time both wheels do spin.

 

It depends on the traction, sometimes one, sometimes the other and sometimes both.

 

one time i was peeling out with my auto and my back tires started spining! i got all exited...I checked and i still dong have real-wheel drive
