Ive Replaces the knock sensor - the ecu had a code
Full tune up
fuel filter
air filter
spark plugs
pcv valve
cleaaned the thotle body
changed the front o2
35psi tires all around
and i still get 15
it improved thou used to be 12 ,I heard that u can clean the exahust system somehow not sure how or if its possible also maybe some of my injectors are bad could that be the problem , i have no seveire loss of power and idles good , please help cause gas is goin up like crazy thx

 

heard the EGR valve can be responsible for poor mileage, use seafoam and suck it through a vacuum hose, and pour some in the gas tank, clean the EGR out

 

Do you have a CEL?

 

No i dont have a CEL, I would like to get it, do u know where i can get it?

Seafoam where can i get that, and where is the EGR located

 

damn.u did alot.. do u drive like a mad man..?

knock sensor should fix it.. dont worry a buot exhaust..it has very little to do with your milage unless u have a tennis ball stuck somewhere in your piping.

CEL is the check engine light. is yours on.. pull the codes from it. it will tell you exactl which components need replacing. any self respecing mechanic shold have done htat for you.

 

Change the engine coolant temp sensor.
