sweaty clutch hose?

I have a sweaty clutch hose. It's the one that runs from above the tranny to right next to the lower clutch bleeder screw. If I clean it and dry it, it will be wet at the top again after pushing the clutch in a few dozen times. My clutch fluid slowly drops, at the rate of maybe 1/2cm every week. I have bled the clutch system 4 times in the last month, because the clutch starts to feel different, so I suspect that a bubble is causing it. Sure enough, I get a few bubbles out on the first try.
Has anyone else had this problem? It's gets really annoying having to bleed the clutch all the time. I looked for the part at Courtesy Nissan and they don't seem to have it. I emailed them about it, but haven't gotten a response yet.
Thanks for any input.
