IDLE PROBLEMS help me.....

Ok i have been to like 5 mechanics and a nissan tech ...... no one has any clue... lets see first off 1996 SE 5sp.. 140k.... New fuel filter...CAI filter....plugs NGK plat's... BUDGET ypipe b-pipe and test pipe....hmm thats abouit it a few other minors... well my car starts up and idles at 1500 or so then when it warms up it goes down to 750... but when im driving and i push the clutch in when i stop the car idles at about 1100 i have to push the clutch in again to get it to kick down to 750....car hesitates on easy take off... also say ur in 5th gear and just let of the gas u know how ur car nataurally has a nice whine down mine is spitting and sputtering ..... sounds like a pOS... and she has been feeling slugish lately .... i know i have a knock sensor and 1 O2 sensor on the front bank toasted but according to the mechanics that shouldnt bother it at alll please somone help me i almost lost to a v6 camaro last night in a race.... please help me as to it was to close to comfort and i wanna head out to the track this weekend to shut up a friend with a 300zx and a big mouth.... thanks

Screw what the mechanics say, replace your broken sensors and then see what's up.

I don't know about the idle, but the KS will definitely effect the performance.
