1st dyno results - down on torque?

Went for my 1st dyno, bone stock gxe 5spd. around 95k miles, 91 octane and haven't checked the plugs. Dyno graph is here:

http://www.cardomain.com/id/projectneptune

anyone know why I'd be in the ballpark hp-wise but a bit short in the torque department?

Torque should be at least 170.
