OK, and that shows what? That the intake makes noise?

yeah, all intakes make noise.
I mean, I took my filter out the other night at the track, and my stock airbox made a lot of noise.

Plus, what kind of funky format is that for the video?

Too bad the video won't show the terrible filtering abilities that most cheap ebay intakes use. Got sand?

Bump!!!
Also, if my car made that much noise, I'd try to stay off the gas a bit when so close to people's homes. People don't want to hear that sh#t when they're just chillin' in their house.
Anyway......yeah, most people here agree that eBay intakes work fine. Just replace the filter with one that will trap more dirt so you don't mess up your engine.

You should see the quality of some of the ebay intake filters. You might as well not even use a filter. All those cheap ebay filters are good for is keeping small squirrels from getting in.
I'm all for saving a bit of money but using those cheap filters just too far. The greatly accelerated engine wear from introducing that much more silicone(ie.. dirt) is unacceptable. Especially when quality filters like K&N/SB/Apexi are available
