Yeah, if you want deep, go GReddy. Apex'i would work too if you could find a WS catback but they're discontinued and hard to find.

I called up www.warpspeedperformance.com and spoke to Lynn she advised me that flowmasters are good but loud. Driving on the freeway the would make almost enough noise to drown out the conversation in the car. Now she recommended the http://www.dynomax.com/superturbo.stm muffler to go with my www.warpspeedperformance.com Y-pipe and www.randomtechnology.com catilitic converter. She drives and 96 max. She also recommends a resonator especially if you already have a Y-pipe. I will be getting a full cat-back system for $275.00 shipped. Now thats what I call a deal.

I have a Apexi WS catback on my 95 max and I love it and my wife does as well seeing that its her car, she uses it every day to go to work and to haul our family around. It has a nice deep sound (NO RICE) and is not that loud, in fact I think it could be abit louder, my TRD catback on my Tacoma is louder the the Apexi..

It was easy to go on and has a great fit as well as a great look..

Now if they only made one for my oldest daughters 91 Honda civic I would have bought it already....

well i got my exhaust put in today with one small twist, i got a dynomax instead. i heard a magnaflow and it seemed a lil too loud for my taste. i got a dynomax super turbo with a nice 3.5 inch tip to compliment it. sound is very nice and is very deep at lower RPM,s and then after you reach 3.5 thou RPM's it quiets off enough to let the CAI kick in. im very pleased with the exhaust. I cant really notice much of a gain on the butt dyno but i feel a slight increase in performance around 3000, it feels a "lighter" like i dont have to press the gas pedal down as much to get a good speed. id recomend this to anybody. ill try to have pics updated on my cardomain as soon as i can get a camera. the tip looks nice, sorta like tha one on the greddy sp xcept it may be a lil smaller.

Whatever reviews you read read were wrong. The WS is THE BEST cat back to date for the 95-96 maximas. If you have a 97+ then you shouldn't even worry about it.

Y-pipe + Custom resonated 2.5" catback w/ Dynomax Super turbo muffler = AMAZING

Still cant get over how it sounds now with the resonater put on. So deep, smooth, still rumbly, and now no raspyness! When i rev it up it seriously sounds like the exhaust off of a G35 or 350z. I love it. Total cost? $45 + $100 +$60 +$160 = $365 (Muffler + Custom Bpipe + Resonator + Ypipe)

yo Gangsta_Bob119, as of right now i have a ws exhaust, the tone is deep but faint.. I know for a fact that you will like the sound that is comming from it, but i just recently put on a y pipe, it added more loudness to my exhuast, now it is still that great deep tone just more loud, and with great performance... so if you get the apexi ws plus the y pipe will deff. give you what you want and the style fits great with the max, its not to big nor to small, just perfect

Magnaflow if you really want deep. It is on the loud side. I have a Magnaflow SS muffler with custom piping from the flange to the muffler, stock y-pipe. It is definately sweet sounding though. Better than most cars i've heard.

Hey - since you're in the same area as me - do you know of a good shop in the Chicago area where I can get a WS exhaust (cat-back) installed on my 96 GLE and how much I am look at cost wise?
