Idler pulley fell off!!

So i'm sitting in the parking lot after work, listening to my belt chirping.. Thinking I need to change the belt asap. Wouldn't you know it, 30 seconds later I hear a clunk and something rolling behind me!? Here goes my idler pulley to beat hell down the parking lot. I found the pulley and a spacer but couldn't find anything else..

My question is, what else am I missing? Hopefully it's just a nut..

Thanks fellas,

Jeremy
