new pics, angel eyes, tinted tails, ae heads, shaved trunk, rims, lowering

ok, so since the movie i made a little while ago, i have done some major changes, such as i "ae"ed my headlights along with putting custom angel eyes in them, shaved my trunk, cut the openings for foglights, lowered it on tein s-techs, and finally got pictures of it all along with the 17inch 300m rims and tinted taillights, this is the first time that ive ever tried posting a pic so if it doesnt work go to my cardomain and look at page 7. feedback is welcomed.

they look awesome at night, but they could be a little brighter, i think im going to use brighter leds when i get 97 headlights, i just got so impatient i decided to use my 95 lights to try and see how well i do at it, i used 1100mcd led's. i have them wired straight to the battery so i have them on when parked, looks awesome, always get compliments.

nice work...but I think you hit the nail on the head...use brighter Leds...try 6000mcds...that should make them bright enough..rims look I always wondered what they looked like on a max.

Looks good.
Are those wheels off of a Chrysler 300m? I recognize them.

Not bad for doing it all yourself. I like.

how did you get the angle eyes to stay in there

P.S. i think it will look ok on the 96 lights if you make the angel eyes brighter

i used rings for e36's and since i have projectors i just placed them around the shields i made, then used LED's to light them up. Im upgrading the LEDs right now and bought new headlight lenses cause my old ones where all messed up. here is a picture:

i dont like the rims because the tire is too big for the car. get a lower profile or thinner tire.

oh ok, so did you just spray directly on the outside or take them out and tape them off or what? and im assuming you didnt use any clear coat. im asking all these ?s because i have a 96 and im really wanting to get rid of the orange and the clears are just way to much money. i think tinting would be the best and look great on my black car, another question: does it affect the brightness of the reverse or turn signals at all?

at night the signals and reverse lights are a lil darker but they are still visible, the reverse lights on our cars suck anyways so its not going to make much difference visibilility wise, i took the lights off the car taped them off and sprayed. seemed to to work out fine for me, i didnt use clear coat but i am going to redo them soon and i will then.

the tires on there fit the wheelwell and were free so i wont be changing tires for a while till they get used up, then i will try 40 series.
