Exhaust Question...

I installed a Greddy SP2 system on my car about a month ago. Now that it is nicer out I lowered my car.
Here's the question... does your b-pipe hang extremly low to the ground? (I have not scraped yet, but I know i will) Also, does your tip hit the top of the bumper? (mine does and it started to melt the bumper after an hour drive.) How do I fix this? All the rubber hangers hang down and aren't caught on anything but the tip still hits the top of the cut out for the exhaust. It looks pretty good like this, but I am going to be getting a kit and I dont want to wreck the new paint job. I also had a few other problems with the Greddy set up. At the start of the b-pipe there was an extra threaded hole (I dont have a O2 sensor for this spot so i filled it with a huge bolt). I have a '96 and I know they are slightly different to the 97-99's. Could they have sent me the wrong set up and could this be the problem with the hangers too? I know I asked alot and in an unorganized manor so any help is appreciated.
