exhausts
hey,
do you guys know of any sites that have sound clips of the exhausts? i'm thinking of getting a new one... any recommendations? i was looking at the greddy SP so far, not sure what else is good. I would like something durable, because the winters can be pretty harsh over here. but i would also like to listen to sound clips if i could, don't want it to be TOO ricey, but would like a change. thanks

Dont't know if you already have a y-pipe. If not, get that first. That will give you 15-20whp with the intake you already have.
As for exhaust you're only looking at a sound difference. Not much for power. Maybe 3 or 4hp for a catback. Greddy is built very well and will endure the winters. Others have said good things about OBX as well. Keep in mind though these are all straight thru mufflers so there will be a slight droning rice sound, although not as much as a Civic with a fart cannon.
Onother good choice is buying a Budget B-pipe and a chambered muffler like flowmaster or dynomax. Not much ricey sound here.
or you could always join the dual club.

here look at this.
THIS
This is a great place to learn about exhausts. Personally i love mine.
Apexi ws catback exhaust is a quite powerful exhaust that was made for the 95-96 but can be made with modifications to fit on to the 97 model. I have a 97 with this type of exhaust and love it. Not too loud and not to farty without the y-pipe.
