Is anyone else experiencing rusting on the hood in the corners close to the grill. its not that noticable but definatley there *97 se*

I don't know about the rust, but if you would just go to your profile, you would be able to put in all the information about you car.
Then, we would all know what model and year you had. It is very easy.

I have some small paint chips that are showing signs of rust.. but nothing other than that... sometimes, the paint flakes off at the corners - is that where you are seeing rust? is the paint bubbling, or chipped at those points?

I have a small rust spot coming in on the underside of my hood (it starting to bubble somewhat, not flaking off yet). I think it is where they (Nissan) spot-welded it to the piece of sheet metal in the lower-front of the hood.

Since it is underneath and out of sight, I’m going to grind it down and repaint it.

I had a little rust, i had to sand it and touch it up... looks much better!

Yeah i have small paint chips showing rust on the hood and the front bumper that can def be noticed if looked at fairly closely. Damn Nissan paint...
