ok so i was draining my manual tranny fluid and while i was putting the bolt that holds the black thing in place it snapped. So now i have a snapped bolt in the threads and the bolt head broke off clean. Does anyone have any advice for getting it out and getting a new bolt (size).
Thanks,
Robert

Your most inexpensive option is to use an "EZ-out". Basically, its a hardened drill bit and a tap that bites into the broken bolt to remove it. Look for one at your local harware store, follow the instructions. Just make sure you drill into the bolt perfectly into the center. Use lots of penetrating lubricant (PB Blaster)

to get it out, i think they have a thing at home depot or something that acutally takes out broken screws, i forget whats its called. as for the bolt, i dont know the size but u can prbly get it at autozone or a hardware store.
That screw is rather tiny, but if you can get a dremel bit small enough, you could make a notch in the top of the screw; then use a flathead screwdriver to back it out.
I assume the bolt is severed flush; anything sticking out?
