Engine Stinks ! literally

I have a '99 max SE w/ 106k miles but ever since about 98k miles i noticed a very bad stink when i drive up a steep hill or floor the car getting on the fwy.

it smells like rotten eggs and its very embarrasing when i have chics in my car, but when i do im extra careful not to floor it and when i go up a steep hill im kinda screwed. i hate to go to the dealer since it usually cost me at least $300 for something like a brake job and getting my a/c deorderized etc.

also when i get new oil changes i just put in an additive for burning oil... that seemed to help but does not resolve the problem. is my baby getting old? anyone know why it does that????

Its because of the sulfur buildup inside of the cat, when you really demand airflow through it, your gonna smell the sulfur egg goodness coming outta that beast. I took mine off and beat the living **** outta it, and got some outta it.
