Filter for fenderwell CAI

what filter are you guys using for those that have the CAI going into the fender well....I am doing a custom job on a 87 and I need to know the part number of a K&N filter that will fit in there. I could really use a part number and picture...I am guessing it has to be something fairly small compared to a traditional K&N cone

Nope. Just use a normal cone filter with a 3" opening. There is a lot of room there.

Bryan can sell you a cone filter that is just like K&N called S&B for $35 shipped to your door. Very good quality filter...and he'd be able to help you figure out which size you needed.
