For Drivers with H&R drop and Tokico HP Struts
i have driven a max before with the h&r and hp (blue tokico) setup. the ride was pretty cool...not harsh, which is what i do not want. but that ride was on the sawdust wheels...wanted to know how anyone with aftermarket wheels has felt with this combo...also if anyone has this combo and 18" alloy wheels such as myself. also who has had this set up blow for them in a quick matter of time???
but hey...i got my H&R's used for 5,000 miles for $150...and all four HP's for $100 with similiar mileage...how could i go wrong? i really wanted the illuminas...but hey, the NorthEast meet is weeks away...gotta get this drop. Plus now after my warpspeed y-pipe install was just completed, im looking at cat-backs . Til then my Hi-Flo Cat is sitting patiently to also be put on.

Bigger wheels with lower profile tires will hit bumps harder. (there's less flex in the sidewall) The overall ride on smooth road doesn't really change that much, the steering response gets better and stability gets better as well.
