Question for anyone that can help. The remote for my Max stopped working - dead no signal. Bought a new one of Ebay, but can not program it. The computer will not go into programming mode .

How easy is it to replace the module in the trunk or am I better off just getting an aftermarket system at this point.

Take it to the dealer and have them check it out. Or atleast let them tell you what your doing wrong. Some dealers are ****** and wont tell you while others will tell you to save you some $$$.

Or ask this question in the "audio/electrionics" forum of this board and someone will know for sure.
