That is a good question. One I would like to know the answer too as well. Also, what is MEVI and how does it help. How much is it?

California has more stringent emission standards than any other state in the nation. One of the major changes is the addition of a second downstream O2 sensor. I'm not sure what else though. I know there isn't any CA/Fed spec distinction for 95s and 96s.

Maxinprogress,

Logically I looked in the 4th gen sticky that was titled 4th gen mods. My mistake. It must be listed in the sticky that has nothing to do with mods because I sure didn't see it in there. I could have missed it, but I did look. Didn't find it. If it is in another sticky, please let me know where it is because I do want to knwo more about MEVI and I don't want to put anyone out. Thanks for any help.

Thank You Iwannamax. My bad guys. I did just look right over it. I saw it wasn't in the intake section and just started skimming at that point. Sorry all!
