I was looking to buy Brembo Rotors. I now need some opinions on what to got, Slotted, Cross Drilled, or Slotted and Cross Drilled. Out of those 3 options, which would be the best? I would probably use new oem nissan pads so they wont kill the rotors, wouldnt these rotors improve braking ability with stock pads? In the future, will these rotors be able to be cut just in case I get any problems. Where can I find some good prices?

Slotted are probably the best for daily driving.. I'd really go with a more performance oriented pad though if you want to see an improvement.

Drilled are prone to cracking over time...slotted/drilled will only wear out your brake pads quicker without helping much in braking in daily driving.
For daily driving just brembo blanks would be perfect and save u money in teh long run...

It is all in what you want out of it. Do some research on drag racing. All of the 8 and 9 second cars that my brother builds down in Texas use crossdrilled. They do give better stopping power. I don't know if theyprovide better power than slotted, but they are better than the smooth surfaced rotors. They dissapate heat quicker. They keep the pads cleaner. And finally, they allow the pad something to grab on to. They are prone to cracking under severe stress. I have never cracked a rotor, but I have never raced in a cicuit. Just the non-sanctioned stuff.

well i dont race, i think the most it will heat up on mine is when I take a drive up to toronto from here in the bronx, ny. so I really like the looks of the slotted and drilled. I dont really need any performance brakes now, the car only has an intake. So would this setup with brand new stock nissan pads be good for me? What do you think?
