What's YOUR Favorite Setup?
What's YOUR Favorite Setup?
i have noticed many different types of setups, whether it be dropped 2 inches, kit or no kit... i just want to see what everyone likes the most. this will help me decide on wether or not to drop really low and go without a kit... like ludacris, or get a mild drop with a kit... like erty67.
these are just two of my favorites, i hope they don't mind me using them.

This would be my dream:
Mild Drop(S-Tech's, H&R's or something similar)
Nice adjustable struts(AGX, Illuminas, or Konis)
M-Bumper
Sarona Rear
Some Sideskirts(Don't know much about them but it would be nice because then you can have SFC's without looking funky.)

Personally, I think a really low drop with a very subtle body kit looks best however, I wouldn't do it to my car; I'd do a mild drop with the subtle kit. The lower the Max is, the meaner it looks but it's got an image of luxury/class that I'd like to maintain.

IMO if you go slammed your gonna turn the car into an uncomfortable go-kart. Progress is flirting on that line. Anything lower than that is too harsh.
Midknight MAXX is right about driving conditions. A kit is out of the question for me even though I drive less than 50 miles a week in the winter.

no drop yet or kit yet, but w/ these harsh MI roads that's a big ? mark for me, if I do decide on a drop, I don't want anything too low or something that makes the ride too harsh- any suggestions?
prob. no kit, I wanna keep a nice, clean look for my Max

I do not disagree that it looks insanely nice. In fact. Its one of the best looking pebble beige's around. I also really like the very slight tint. And are those CF door pillars.

Explain why I'm a moron. Someone posted a pic of a max and I was realized that something was up before knowing who's car it was or being told it had been photoshopped. Do you not agree that it would be pointless and utterly stupid to put a BBK on the rears despite any amount of power the vehicle had? Here is the quote directly from the site, "my friend photo shoped it for me fake bling bling" Now that I've been informed I will give full respect to this vehicle and its owner. Why would you expect me to respect something that I've never seen before? I guess I need to learn to lay the sarcasm on like jelly instead of butter for the illiterates of the group.
