P1105 (1302) MAP Solenoid Valve/Circuit fault

Help, I am getting the CEL 1302 (OBD II P1105) code. I got the solenoid valve replaced but the same code came back on so I guess the problem is not the valve.

Someone suggests on the forum that the code can be thrown by lose vacuum hoses. All the hoses that I can see are connected nicely. Are there any hoses hidden, say under the engine?

Can this valve can be bypassed safely so that ECU does not show CEL? How? Is this code cause to fail inspection?

I'm having the same code man. All my hoses are connected, but I haven't checked the actual valve yet.
