Performance Mods Table

This is something that I though could help everyone out... I got all of my data so far from MAX MODS. This may be useless to some, but I figured that it could help some people so I spent a few of my past hours on it, and will continue to update it throughout the day. My goal was to put EVERY performance mod out there in this table, so I will do my best...

Sources:
--MAX MODS

If this wastes your time, I appologize, but I think you may want to give it a look.

Instead of organizing by name, you should do by mods, or make it sortable for us. EX we click "Dollars per horse" and it will organize by which give the most HP for hte $.

I know that is alot to ask but it is only a suggestion.

Hey man, nice table, check out the link below. I posted it a while back, it is a bit outdated now but should still be able to help you!

No problem using the information, I always encourage people to use the information freely. But the only problem is, since very few of the parts have been dyno'd, it's really hard to get an exact estimate of HP increases. Like for example, I know the mandrel bent warpspeed Y-pipe will have more HP than the non-mandrel bent one, but that doesn't show in the chart. HP figures are usually always subjective. I guess there really isn't much we can do about that though.

I don't want a CAI at this time, but have a K&N panel air filter. Could that be added to your table?

Well, the database is now searchable. There are more options that I will be adding later on, but I think that you will be pleased with the update.

The Searchable 4th Gen Parts Database!

Don't worry, this is not completed yet... I want to add all the parts that I can find! If you have any, then just let me know...

P.S. rmurdoch, the drop in filters are in!

Really good job man! The searching works great and it is very organized. Thanks for taking the time to do this; I am sure it will help many people out! Once you are done don’t forget to post a link in the FAQ…

It seems to me that my K&N panel filter works fine with my new Budget Y-pipe. I'm not into a lot of noise. The table shows that the K&N panel filter adds the same HP as a CAI or Popcharger. Why bother with them - seems to be for show and sound, rather than go, particularly if they result in a loss of low-end torque.

i like it alot. good job.

some suggestions:

make the names of the manufactures clickable...so when i click injen it brings me to injen's page or myabe even injen's maxima intake page.

also straight pipes, someone feel free to correct me, on a na max add 1hp-2tq.

also under HP GAIN for intakes i think you should just write in NOISE. instead of a #.

anyways great job on the site!!!!

well like i said, not all of them are the same. 5-7hp is just the number i had to work with. unless it is dynoed those numbers will just be a rough estimate...

Jet ECU barely add any HP if any. I would bring it down to 5hp.

FYI, the Stone Racing Headers are $400 for the shorty headers & the y-pipe. Both are good for gains ~18hp.

(I'm not repping the product but felt it was misrepresented in your table...)

Just a note. The prices you have posted for Budget's products are in Canadian dollars, and that throws off the $/HP calculation. You should consider converting. The current factor for $CAD->$US is 0.728.

Nice table man

For ***** and giggles... stick in Nitrous... But beware there's arguing going on about NOS not providing their advertised HP gains (NOS vs NX post)... truthfully i would just like to see as many HP to the Dollar items as possible ... that way i can get started on compiling my cheapo list for modding my max....

I forgot to add in that you did do some nice work on the table. It's good to see something like this and hopefully this will become a well-used sticky.
