Because the mevi is stuck open.

I have the Napa too but just to be safe, I used another check valve. Also make sure the MEVI lever arm can be opened/closed freely--some people had a slightly bent butterfly rod that made activation difficult.

I must say even with the VI zipped open, and GForce ECU the car pull harder than ever. I really wansn't expecting these numbers. I'm happy. Also what other mods can I do, to break 200WHP? I was thinking get the VI working properly, adding a lightend flywheel, some grounding, V-AFC. I don't want a UPD. Anything else besides cams?

Those plots are terribly confusing to read. Your torque numbers seem a bit low, but like I've always said dynos are just tuning tools and they aren't to be used for just "numbers" bragging. It looks like the TS ECU provides you with a good midrange increase exactly like the JWT ECU does. Many people are seeing 190+wtq from 2800-5000rpms with the MEVI/JWT ECU. I haven't dynoed my MEVI/JWT ECU combo, but with just my MEVI and y/i/UDP I saw 189whp/185wtq.
I know that your MEVI isn't operating correctly and you have to ziptie the unit open, but it's safe to assume that you can use the below 5300rpms plot of run #2 and the 5300+rpms of run #3 and that will pretty much show the capability of your car. I'd say ~195whp/180wtq is a safe bet. The only thing that sucks is you're still being held back by the rev limiter and that really kills the 0-90mph performance capabilities of this setup. The ECU will help you in the 1/4 mile, but that extra rpm you get from a 7000-7200rpms will place you deep in the powerband once into 2nd gear. Hopefully TS will crack the code.
