No More Coolant Leak!!!!
No More Coolant Leak!!!!
Well after about 10 hours, a lot of blood shed, and some cursing, I have fixed my coolant leak. My problem was the gaskets on the old water pump had gone bad so I had to pull that, I also replaced thermostat and radiator cap, total cost for parts about 80 bucks form autozone. I used the write up on here, it is really good, just a couple of errors I noticed. Only three bolts on the water pump, Not sure whay you have to take the passenger wheel off, I did have to get behind there but I could do it with the tires on, other then that it was golden. And that timing chain tennsioner is a PITA to get back in, that took me about 6 hours by itself. Over all it was a worth while experence, and saved me about 200 from going to a mechanic.
