Vibration in Brake Pedal

I just recently swapped my front oem pads with KVR's. I now experience a slight vibration in the pedal during braking. Any ideas on what to check for? Thnx

Your rotors are most likely warped check those

I want to know too - just put new rotors on my other car and about week later front brakes started pulsating and vibrate like crazy. my passenger side driveshaft got torn boot , but its been like that for while and it didn't cause any vibration,
I think that those new rotors need to be "broken in"
am i missing something here ?
the tires been balanced , car had an alingment done , the steering wheel dont vibrate at all , just the brake pedal when braking at speeds around 60mph.

Nick.

i have the same problem. recent brakes, had two alignments done and tires balanced many times. i get this front end wobble that becomes more apparent when braking.

yeah, it is probably your rotors.
I would not really recommend turning them, because it makes them too thin.
Just get some new OEM blanks from your local parts store for like $20 each.

Ok..heres a story... I was riding on noly 3 bolts on my driver side front tire, it rode fine for about a year. Well I had the braks changed out and the mechanic didn't put them on nearly as tight as they were before, needless to say, there was this crazy pulsating noise and vibration like I've never felt when I'd press the braks down. I fixed it the next morning ata local shop, put all new bolts on and everything it ok, now. Don't let this problem persist god forbbid your tire fly off or anything of the sort.

New rotor time!
Nick says he got new one's.... are they oem or ?? There should be no such thing as "break in time" somethings definitely wrong.

yeah, no break in time for rotors, just pads.

The rotors are oem but I don't think it is the rotors that are warped. The vibration happens on and off. Sometimes the pedal will be perfectly smooth but at other times I would feel a slight vibration. This happened immediately after I swapped out the oem pads. If the rotors are warped, I would feel it whenever I apply the brake? Correct me if I'm wrong but but would there be any other places to check for?

yeah, with rotors, you would feel that vibration with the brake pressure.
