dash board lights not working, (not fuse)

none of my dash board lights are working, including the speedo cluster, heating controls, window switches, and dimer switch.. Funny thing is the fuse is fine. ive even tried to switch to a different fuse still wouldnt work. also when i turn my head lights on the clock doesnt dim. so im not sure if maybe it has something to do with the acutal light switch? does anyone know what this could be, or has this ever happen to anyone else...

note i have indigo guages, and blue LEDs in the window switches,, but ive had them in for over a year and a half so i dont see why they woudl be a prob.

I think I know what your problem is...that little scroll wheel you have to adjust how dark or bright your lights are during night hours, try playing with that. Once I turned them off that way and couldn't understand whats wrong
