Ok, well I got my parts for my A/C, I still have the problem

Ok, so today I got my resistor and my two new A/C relays. I hooked up everything correctly, but I still have the same problem with the relay not working. My A/C only throws cold air when I connect a wire from one end of the outlet to the opposite end (the ghetto way, that i've been doing for the past month or so). If I place the relay into it, it turns off, and throws warm air. Can my A/C relay oulet be f*cked? Is it even possible to replace the outlet ? (my relays good,

(for those who are confused its the big fuse with the metal things sticking out, like a plug in, and the part that I think doesnt work is the outlet, or the side with the little gaps)

Any advice would help.... I cant leave that little wire hooked up for too long, cause it leaves my compressor on, and drains the battery, so every day I have to open my non-free-standing hood, and connect the wire, just to get some cold air...
