Those with Magnaflow exhaust

I had been thinking of getting the 95-96 Greddy SP2 cat back exhaust and modifying it to fit my 99 Maxima. I dont know if I really want to go through all the hassle of making that SP2 fit, so now im thinking about getting a magnaflow exhaust and having a shop weld it on for me. Am I making the right decision here? I know I will be saving a ton of money if I go with Magnaflow, but Greddy would seem to be the better choice even if I have to modify it right? Thanks in advance!

I have a magnaflow and without any other exhaust mods it sounds very quiet from the exterior.

sp2 catback itself is nice and deep, but with aftermarket y-pipe it mite get a little more raspy.

i have wsp y-pipe, custom 2.25" b-pipe w/ resonator, and magnaflow SS muffler. it sounds nice and quiet with a small growl around 2,500rpm. the tip is 4", which gives a nice conservertive finish. here's a sound clip from my car: http://home.comcast.net/~happyricefob/iye.mpg

i have a WSP y-pipe with custom 2.5" cat back and Magnaflow #14829 and my car is way too loud for me.Kinda raspy above 3500rpm.From the outside,I kinda sound like a dirt bike.If you have the money and time...go with the greddy.

Thats the same one I wanted to get #14829. I have made up my mind. I am going to go with the Greddy. Hopefully the modification will go smoothly.
