I'm doing a total makeover of my lights and need help. First off What size bulbs are used in the Parking Lights (Next to the headlights). I've also ordered my courtesy clear blinkers and need to know what size the 2 lights in the blinkers are. (the blinking ones and the sidemarker ones), and how hard is it to change all the bulbs? Second, i've asked this question a million times with no responce. I know the 4th gen has 9004 bulbs, but can I somehow buy and change the wiring so I can use H4 bulbs instead, i've heard they are better. Whats the difference anyway? Thanks!

- Check owner's manual. If you don't have one,I'll check for ya when I get home.

- I assume you are talking about the clear bumber lenses you are buying at Courtesy ? If so, lenses should come with orange bulbs - no need to buy.

- I have never heard of anyone who has done this before. But I would say it's more than just change the wiring to accept the H4 bulbs. Your Maxima headlight deflectors are designed to relfect 9004 bulbs. Unless you know what you're doing, just putting the H4 bulb in there, you might get LESS illumination. JMHO

Look in your manual. All the answers are there! The clearence lights use 1157. The lights that go in the clear turns lenses are "wedge bulbs" I think.

Re: Serious Lighting Questions

Your Corner lights are 1157.

The bulbs are 194 and 1157 for the bumper lights and are included in the Courtesy package.

9004 is the standard ... the last post was a good one...
don't sacrifice illumination for just saying you modded the lights.

answering myself..

I also found this site, I suggest anyone with lighting questions checks it out. It even said how I could go about changing my headlights from 9004 to H4, despite the fact it costs $400 and the part is impossible to find. (Forget that idea) Anyway.. it was a helpful site
