Question about different resonators, and Mufflers..

As I have no resonators, I would like to keep it that way, and just buy a perormance muffler that is pretty quiet, but most of them have a straight through design. My stock muffler is pretty quiet, but something is inside of it, just shooting around when I hit around 4K rpm. This is why I want to replace it.

What is the quietest performance muffler?
Also what are the best resonators if I have to put some on?

Dynomax turbo mufflers are known to be on a quiet side. i have a magnaflow resonator, and its fine, but i guess any resonator should be fine, the longer it is, the quieter the exhaust will be.

I bet Flowmaster resonator would sound good, if it was not too over the top. I mean, your max could sound really mean with that thing.

I have a 5th gen muffler. It is quiet and variable. I like it a lot.

is that true? the longer the resonator the quieter the exhaust? and does that effect performance?

There is no such thing as a performance muffler. If anyone tells you different, punch them in the throat.

I have a magnaflow resonator and a Flowmaster muffler and it sounds very nice. Very deep growl but does not drone.

Hey, your Max is beautiful, I get a chub every time I see it. Any way, what kind of wheels are those?
Thanks
