I have been having an on going starting problem. It acts like the battery is dead. I can turn the switch four or five times and it will then start. It acts like the battery is dead. I replaced the battery and the grounding strap. I also had the starter rebuilt. I then replaced the electrical part of the switch. It still wont start unless I flick the key switch three or four times. I can jump across the solonoid and it will start every time.
Does anyone know if there is a relay for the starter and if so were it is? Or if you have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Any luck? Similar problems on my friend's 95 SE.

 

Same here on my 96, i turn the key and nothing happens. After a few time starts up and happends once and a while.
