drop resistor mod switch Q?

ok i am going to do this mod to my 99 SE and want to know is it ok to use a regular toggle switch from wal-mart? or do i need a special one cause i read somthing about a 20a switch or somthing, i thought all it needs to be is on or off no fuse crap just strait up toggle switch with 2 posts correct? also what color is the wire most of you spliced into? i havent looked under the hood yet cause its too dark but i wanna be able to look and do it tommaro quickly cause i only have limited time before work at noon. Also what kind of gains have been made with this mod on QM times? toggle kinda looks like this one and its in wal-mart in the automotive department will it work or should it be a certain amp rating or higher?

that switch will work. shouldnt matter which wire you splice since all it does is open the circuit

Make sure it's rated for 10amps or more.

Go to a local auto parts store and buy one; they're about $40.
